TERMS OF SERVICE
📋 Commission Guidelines🎨 The Creative Process & Terms-References are Crucial: Please provide reference pictures (character, pose, etc.) to ensure the best results.-Sketch Revisions: Revisions are free in the sketch phase. Digitalization only begins after sketch approval.-Digitalization Revisions: Once in the ink/color phase, revisions are limited to color edits. Changing the pose or major elements at this stage will incur an extra charge.-Artist Rights: I reserve the right to upload the final artwork on social media for portfolio purposes.-Client Rights: You will receive the final artwork in the agreed format once payment is completed. You may use the artwork for personal use. Commercial use requires additional agreement.-Turnaround Time (TAT): 1.5 weeks, up to 2 weeks maximum. For urgent deadlines, please communicate in advance.-Signature: Keeping the signature is optional, but appreciated ❤️💰 Payment & Refunds-Methods: PayPal, Binance, or bank transfer. Please use standard payment methods, do not use Friends & Family for PayPal. Payment platform fees are included in the price; clients are not charged extra fees.-Payment Structure: 50% advance for the sketch phase, and 50% upon completion/delivery.-Refunds: Available only if the project has not yet started. Refunds cannot be made once work has begun.❌ Cancellations & Refunds-If no updates are provided after one week, the client may request a refund.-If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be issued.📝 Communication-All communications must be in writing (messages, emails, or platform chat). Phone calls are discouraged unless recorded.
